Your host, Raffaele Tardivo has a passion for Italy, for Lecce and the Italian language. In 2011, he spent 10 weeks studying Italian at the University of Salento in Lecce. His time in Lecce was the inspiration for the Lecce Italian Language Experience. Raffaele has been hosting Italian language tours to Lecce since 2012. Since 2023 he has also been offering Cagliari in Sardinia as a destination.
Small group, experiential travel at their best, Raffaele’s tours are for people who love Italy, and who want to learn Italian or improve their Italian language proficiency. Italian language beginners are very welcome.
Learn Italian in Lecce
The Lecce Italian Language Experience is a three week Italian language program held in the beautiful baroque city of Lecce in Puglia. Language courses are held at the Mondo Italia School of Italian in Lecce and are organised according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Classes are small with a maximum of 12 students per class and are held from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 1.00pm with cooking classes and excursions held in the afternoons and on the weekends. A certificate is awarded at the end of the course.
Learn Italian in Cagliari
Since 2023 Raffaele has been offering a three week program called the Cagliari Italian Language Experience, in Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia. Language courses are held at the One World School of Italian in Cagliari and are organised according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Classes are held from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 1.00pm with cooking classes and excursions in the afternoons and on the weekends. Participants are awarded a certificate at the end of the course.
