EU COVID cert from 1 July

From 1 July, an EU digital COVID certificate will make it easier to travel to and from all countries of the European Union and the Schengen area. The certificate will validate travelers’ vaccination and COVID 19 status with information accessed through a QR code.
The move comes as Italy announces that all regions in the country are now white zones with few restrictions on public activity. As of today (29 June), 33.5% of the population over the age of 12 had been fully vaccinated (two doses), with the seven day average for new infections for all of Italy falling to fewer than 750 each day.
